Digital Delivery — No Physical Shipping

All PreferSIM products are delivered digitally. No physical SIM cards or packaging are shipped. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive your eSIM activation details (QR code and/or activation instructions) via email to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery Timeframe

eSIM delivery is instant or within minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 1 hour due to payment processing or network delays. If you have not received your eSIM within 1 hour of purchase, please contact us at [your support email].

No Shipping Fees

Because all products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping or handling fees.

Compatibility

Before purchasing, please ensure your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked. PreferSIM is not responsible for purchases made on incompatible devices. A list of compatible devices is available on our website.

Failed Delivery

If your eSIM delivery email is not received, please check your spam/junk folder. If the issue persists, contact our support team and we will resend your activation details promptly.
