Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind or no longer need the eSIM.
  • You purchased the wrong eSIM plan.
  • The eSIM activation fails due to a technical issue on our end, and we are unable to resolve it.
  • You have not scanned or installed the eSIM profile.
  • The data plan does not work in the covered locations despite proper installation and troubleshooting.

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not provide refunds in the following situations:

  • Your device is not eSIM-compatible or carrier-locked.
  • The eSIM was activated but used partially.
  • Connectivity issues caused by local network conditions or restrictions beyond our control.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request within 3 business days and respond with the next steps.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
